Best soft shorts with pockets and waistband
A real waistband ( don't go without one!), soft material made out of REAL fibers, pockets. You must have pockets, don't be cheated out of them! Price is not a ripoff.

So Comfy !
These lounge shorts are so comfy! They are thin and airy, so perfect for lounging around on those hot, sticky summer days! I am 5'2 and 112 pounds, I got the small and they are a little loose, but that's how I like them! I'd definitely buy these again!

Great—even after washing.
Stays soft, even after washing. These are comfortable and functional: They can be used for the gym or for sleepwear. So happy they are cotton and have pockets! (Bike shorts are too hot and not for bedonkedunk thighs.) . Ordered a Large: I'm 157 pounds, 5'5”, and where a size 11 or 12. They are just little large: a bit long in the crotch, and a little too short in the inseam for floor work at the gym…. Words to HANES: 1) provide more colors for shorts like these. Enough of the black, navy, and gray shorts. Need some other dark colors in this cotton. 2) Thanks for realizing women need pockets. 3) Also loose-leg shorts need to have longer inseams (4-6 inches) for doing leg presses and group PT. I don't need this booty showing.

These shorts are super cozy. Fit true to size after they stretch out a little with wearing. Perfect for every day wear, casual, comfy, yard work, whatever you want!

Decent shorts overall.
I see they updated the material to be softer and more plush is the best way I can describe these shorts. The old version was thinner and better for summer. But these are more comfy. I like the xl sizing better even though the sides flare out a lot. But these large seems to be a medium size in my opinion. Large is more narrow. Maybe they updated the styling fit when they made the new version. Cotton material is fabulous
