I really like the fact that all of the hart tools use the same 20 volt battery. I really like using this tool because it makes my trimming up all of my limbs very easy, I even used it to trim up one of the pine trees I have and it cut through that limb which is about 3 in like it was butter. I'm really sold on all of the hard tools.
Great chainsaw and does what it's supposed to do of cutting and trimming small trees and branches. Lightweight and easy to use. Has a safety feature. Nice that it has a removable battery that you can charge and it holds a good charge for long enough time. It is good quality and has good power, I would highly recommend for light cutting and trimming and pruning.
Saw cuts some decent sized limbs and smaller trees with ease. Battery charges pretty fast and last a really long time. Great for trimming trails, trimming around the yards, as well as storm cleanup of smaller trees and limbs. cuts way faster than we expected for a small saw also cuts a ton of limbs before needing a recharge.
I am completely amazed with this it cuts through six to eight inch pieces of wood like nothing it works so well I am so happy that I made this purchase great for the wood burning stove when you want to just cut up some quick wood looking forward to being able to take it on the trails with me for the snowmobile too this thing's going to be so handy
This saw is awesome. I have been using it to clear a bunch of 3 to 4 inch in diameter trees from my property. It cuts quickly and I get an ok amount of cutting before have to recharge. It is a pruning saw, so I'm asking a lot of it, but it holds up suprisingly well. Tightening the chain is easy and does not require a tool. The only issue I have is that sometimes the chain doesn't sit right on the gear that drives it and slips. I mostly hold the saw horizontally, so that may be why this happens. There is a tiny gap between the top of the gear and the cap that the chain slides into sometimes. It is annoying, but considering how hard Ive been on it and what I paid, it has been a great saw.
Picked this up for trimming trees and clearing brush around the yard, and I'm honestly impressed. It's compact and light enough to use one-handed, but don't let the size fool you — it chews through branches like butter. I've used it on limbs up to 4-5 inches thick without breaking a sweat. Battery life is solid, and the thing charges quick enough that I'm never stuck waiting around. I've got other HART tools, so it's nice that the battery works across them too. For a cordless saw this small, it's got some serious bite. Definitely glad I added this to my shed.
Very easy to use, safety features shut off appropriately and it is easy to undo jams. It is lightweight enough to handle, and the battery lasts for a long time.
Bought two 6" mini chainsaw for my two sons. Just the right size, for brush, limbs, small fire wood. Any bigger would not be as handy. Easy to use, powerful, light in weight. Another Hart item, to their collect.
This mini chainsaw is a great tool for small limbs and light pruning. It feels very sturdy in hand and has plenty of power for standard yard work. The battery life is solid and lasted through everything I needed it for. I did find that the chain wore out quickly when I tried cutting roots in hard dirt—but I've learned that's mostly on me, as dirt ruins these chains fast. As long as you stick to wood and keep it out of the dirt, it's a fantastic value and very capable for its size.
Returned to buy a larger version as this kept getting stuck on small branches. There are also comparable items on Walmart marketplace for half the price. However, it was easy to use and delivery was several days earlier than anticipated. Disclaimer- I am a Walmart associate.
