HART 20-Volt Cordless 2-Piece 1/2-inch Drill and Impact Driver Combo Kit (1) 1.5Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

DO NOT BUY this product from Walmart. I purchased this product yesterday July29, 2024 the battery will not charge. I borrowed a battery to use the impact drill and today I bring it back noting the battery won't charge and they refuse to refund it because the serial number is different than on the box. This was one of the two drill in the box. I just wanted a working battery and I'm out 98 dollars because they refuse to honor a refund on a faulty product from their store. I took it back to the same store I purchased it from

I love the HART brand. Everyone needs a cordless screwgun but the Ratchet Driver is indispensible, it's now my Go-To Cordless! I bought the set of bits that are specifically for that, not sure how I ever got along without it.

The battery is defective and instead of just rep0lacing the battery, I have to take the whole thing back to get refunded and reorder to get what I want. This is the second time that this has happened.

The tools were useless upon arrival. The battery was malfunctioning and I had a job to do. Very disappointed 😔 .And then Walmart would only give a return and refund. No replacement. Bogus

Each of the tools worked but the battery is not changing lucky I had another Hart 20 volt battery and everyone know how much when something dead or doesn't work .

The battery was defective and it is now taking me 2 weeks to get a warranty battery from Hart and part of the reason I bought it the day I did with overnight delivery is I needed it for a project

I was given a package that had obviously been returned in my curbside order. I had my doubts that it would work, but hoped someone had checked it out forst. Nope it doesnt work. way to resell defective merch. Oh and its okay .. I dont need a refund on the protection since I couldnt make it back to your store to return my re-sold, defective merchandise. Drill kit set shipped with a dead battery, hoping the replacement/return process provide a good product. Went to nearby Walmart store hoping they could accept and perform return for me but Walmart store cannot proceed returns for online purchases, very difficult return process requiring me to hunt down a separate FedEx store. Just to replace battery I had to return entire drill kit so I'm out the tools until return is accepted and replacement kit is shipped. Also, Walmart app should make finding return and refund criteria for items purchased easier to perform. Thankfully I still had my ‘order shipped' email to locate and start return process.

The charger didn't work. I had to return it and the customer service girl told me someone else returned theirs for the same reason.

Battery or charger arrived faulty. Couldn't use product and had to return. Can't use the gift card online to reorder immediately. :(
