This is by far the best ratchet I own. I love the handle compared to my others as it has a great feel to it with its rubber non slip grip. I like the fact you can extend it from 9 inches to 13 inches on nuts or lugs that need more torque. To do that you just pull down on the blue collar and pick from 4 "notches". I also like that its 20% more efficient with 90 teeth compared to standard 72 teeth ratchets so in tight, hard to reach areas, I can swing the arm less but with more movement to the socket head. I only hope the fact it was made in China and not the U.S. it will hold up over the years but it does come with a limited lifetime warranty.

As a new homeowner of a project house, the number of fixes i need to do keep piling up and I've actually needed this ratchet several times. The extendable handle, 9" - 13", is awesome to use and provided me with the leverage I needed with certain difficult turns. The slim design and flex had also were helpful for those hard to reach areas.

The swivel head on the ratchet is great. The expandable length is great. The size of the handle is great when there is lots of room, but a little large in tight places.

I had an appointment today to have a purchase picked up for return and Daniel was coming to pick it up. Then he didn't come. Then it was to be picked up 5:00 pm. No one came.

Too bulky. It needs to be thinner.
