HART 40V 12" String Trimmer and Blower Combo Kit, Generation Two, (1) 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery

This Combo is NO TOY ! This is the RamBlower of battery leaf blowers , and this string trimmer totally ROCKS ! The smaller 20 volt trimmers run out of charge before you even get into your groove , but this bad boy chews through the competition ! I'm on the HART Team Now !

It runs well and eats the weeds!. first off it comes with a battery, the charger, string and a leaf blower ! second I have never in my life had an electric weed wicker this is my first. i was a die hard gas weed eater girl. i have had the same weed wacker for maybe 10 years lol but got sick of my old STEEL giving out on me! i needed something quick cheep and fast. so i got this. charged the battery quick and beat the crap out of it fresh out the box, it took the beating of its life and kept on going. i practically used it as a brush hog hitting weeds with stocks as thick as a thumb and as tall as me. iam 5”8' so it kicked some weedy booty. the battery lasted long enough for me to get done what i needed to. and it had some life to spare but i was tired before it was. overall good buy for the money. now we just need an actual electric brush hog. lol hint hint to the manufacture of this little beast. only down side is it's only got one single string. should have two.

We've used this for one seson now it works great. There is less fumes and less vibration then a gas powder trimmer. The only downfall was we could not attach our wire trimmer head to use it on it for the brush. They have there own attachment for another cost. We will be keeping the gas powered one rather then spending more money.

I'd say this would be good for a smaller area, maybe like 900 sq ft. The weed eater takes up most of the battery. The blower does last a longer time. There was an issue with line holder on weedwhacker. it tends get stuck and u will manually have to pull.

I've had this kit close to a month and so far it's ok. The blower nozzle does not properly snap into place, the trimmer is a single line feed and maybe that's my fault for not reading thoroughly. The tools themselves feel ok and battery life is good. I have a large yard and can trim and blow front and back and finish with a bit of juice left

The trimmer worked great 1 time. The second time I used it the trimmer started smoking so I immediately cut it off, made sure there was nothing blocking air flow, and let it cool. When I tried starting it the third time it didn't spin. The blower is powerful works great for my small yard.

The blower was amazing but the box had already been opened so the string trimmer 1 of 5 tries would spin for 2 seconds but didn't have any power never even cut a weed seriously. Also the guards was missing the screws. I returned it but I am buying another one because I like the set. Hart customer service was terrible btw

The string trimmer is constantly jamming and does not feed the “string” line through, which requires constant tear-down and rewinding of string line back onto spool. Basically rinse and repeat. The balance and basic operation of the string trimmer is satisfactory. I would not purchase again because of the constantly malfunctioning string not feeding through, and I am already looking for a replacement for this product. The leaf blower produces a very effective volume of air and does a great job of blowing off sidewalks, and the driveway. The blower also makes moving leaves into piles for fast clean up very easy. I was hoping to upgrade to a longer lasting battery but the price for replacement batteries is extremely high and off brand compatibles do not exist. I'm looking to replace the blower for this reason. Overall the quality, design and price are what attracted me to make the purchase. The malfunctioning string trimmer and cost of batteries are why I will replace these two Hart landscape tools.

the rubber lock wheel flew off. took it back, wasnt ALLOWED to RETURN OR EXCHANGE. DO NOT BUY IF YOU THINK THIS IS COVERED UNDER THE WALMART RETURN POLICY. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT TO A HART SERVICER, LIKELY 50 MILES AWAY. EVEN WITHIN THE 90 DAYS. If you want to have a hassle, buy hart.

Honest review, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE! I BOUGHT IT AND IT LITERALLY BURNED OUT. smoke came out and everything, good thing i bought insurance on it. just invest a couple more money and get the supercharge one.. 1000 percent recomend that one
