HART 40V Brushless 15-inch String Trimmer & 600 CFM Blower Kit

Will never be going back to gas powered equipment after using these. The weed trimmer out performed my 25cc gas one and the leaf blower is just as if not more powerful than a heavy backpack gas powered leaf blower. No longer smelling like exhaust when done is a HUGE bonus.

Easy assembly. The battery that came with tools, is outstanding! I'm buying extra battery. Blower and weed eater are right on! Recommend these Hart items to anyone.

I give these about three stars. I've had these for about two years, and they seem to have gotten weaker than when they were brand new to the point where I started having problems with the trigger switch on my trimmer to where it was really hard to keep the thing running and I had contacted 1800 line and they wanted me to drive over 100 miles to drop this item off to get repaired. I don't know about you, but I don't have time for that and these people don't stand behind their warranty the way I expected so I would highly suggest that you keep that in mind before you buy this, you might wanna go ahead and just go to Lowe's and buy ego cause I wouldn't expect hart to go out of their way to help you in anyway shape or form!!! so if you buy this product, I highly suggest that you get the extended warranty so you can get a refund when these break but the battery never went bad on these

The trimmer and blower are of decent quality, but I was very disappointed with the packaging. When it arrived, one of the shafts was sticking out of the side of the box. When I opened it, it looked like everything had just been thrown loosely inside. There were also some pretty deep scratches on all of the parts. It wasn't bad enough to return, but I definitely won't be buying anything like this again.

switched out trimmer heads, and when I went back to the original head, I couldn't get it back on. The nut in the middle kept coming undone, making to where the head wouldn't lock into place.

Junk stopped working on the 2nd use. Still has the line in it that came in it. Store won't take it back. Online won't help. Hart won't help. Stuck with 250.00 none working pain in the butt. Do not buy Hart products with a battery. You will be stuck with no help.

I love the fact that the delivery was on time But I only received the weedeater and not the 600 CFM Blower Kit that was supposed to be included with the purchase

Missing parts. Half opened box. Parts were assembled that the instructions specifically said 'do not use if already assembled, as product may be defective'. I now need to take time out, again, to return a defective/incorrect order. Probably a return that the store tried to get rid of by sending out to a shipping order. Go back to FedEx or shipping. At least the orders were fulfilled better when not being fulfilled at stores and delivered. plus, your drivers are shady. The guy who dropped this off walked around my home/property for 5 minutes. My security cameras caught him, and I saved the video just in case. What the heck, Walmart?!,! Creepy!!

On 07 Feb 2023 I ordered (Order%23 2000107-48284993) online from Walmart the HART 40-Volt Cordless Brushless 15-inch String Trimmer %26 600 CFM Blower Kit, (1) 4.0Ah Lithium-Ion Battery and Charger and HART PowerFit Edger Attachment (for Attachment Capable String Trimmer). I am having problems with the Brushless 15in Power Head. When using both the sting trimmer and the edger attachment both spinning cycles fluctuate from slow to fast. I have tried three fully charged 40v batteries (2.5-ah, 4-ah and 5-ah) and the results are the same. I reached out to Walmart about the problem and their response was to contact HART since the product is less than a year old. Walmart I need help getting a solution to my problem……. I attempted 5 times calling HART customer service support and each time was put on hold, and each time I waited 20-30 minutes without any customer support representative answering the call. I tried reaching them through online chat, and the online chat was not helpful. I am very disappointed with customer service lack of response. I attempted to register my products online, but the products I purchased through Walmart online are not listed in the (select product options). Again, I called HART customer service for help with registration and again there was no answer or call back as I requested. Now I have two platforms (Trimmer and Edger) I cannot use. I am not satisfied with the product, nor am I satisfied with HART's lack of customer service support from them. HART can have the equipment and I would like a full refund.
