HART 8-Piece Folding Metric Hex Keys with Durable Housing

I set up a lot of toddler and baby furniture. This has been a life saver. It comes with many sizes so that's nice. The only thing I can say is like I wish it had a smaller butt because when I was taking apart this crib I had to keep taking it out and readjusting it because the butt wouldn't fit. It was fine tho. Job was well done and this tool was very helpful because I lose things in .5 seconds. Having all the sizes right here and bulky was helpful.

I was tired of losing the individual keys so I went with this handy set. As long as you are not working in a really tight space it's perfect. The handle is kinda bulky but it makes for a good grip of the keys. It looks like if needed you could take the keys off individually with a little effort for a tight spot. I'm happy with this purchase.

These are your basic hex head keys. There exactly as you would think they are they do work. If you're trying to keep them clean not recommended for the color but they do work and they come in handy when you are looking for multiple different sizes of hex heads and they're all right there for you.

I received this Hart 8-piece folding hex key tool free for my honest unbiased review as part of the Spark Reviewer program. This hex key set in one piece is an interesting concept. I found it to be just okay. This would not be something I would have purchased for my own use. Negatives: The hex keys in this tool are enameled. The smallest keys had light corrosion when I removed this tool from its packaging. I couldn't help but wonder if the enamel was to prevent corrosion of an inferior grade steel? I have other hex keys and have never seen enameled ones. The keys sit deep into their respective slots, and the small keys particularly were very difficult to raise. I needed a tool to get them out far enough to grab and pull them up. I thought the angle at their maximum lift was awkward. Since they are attached and straight, there is only one angle at which they can be used, and this limits their function. Positives: The all-in-one tool might be a great feature for someone who needs to carry tools to jobs. The housing is compact, and it appears to be durable. I doubt it would break if dropped.
