HART Battery Powered 4 Volt Rotary Tool Kit with Accessories

This is a good rotary tool, it could do with more accessories but I don't go off of that only. There's some tools that have gobs of accessories but the tool is garbage. Hart makes good quality tools though. I'm happy with it.

This is a really nice little dremel type tool. The 5 speed selector is in s good place where you can easily control it with your thumb. The on /off switch is at the rear and you need to use both hands to turn it on and off. That's the only thing I don't like about it, but it's not a big issue. It comes with a USB cable for charging but no adapter for plugging in the wall. A small box with several tool attachments is included. I'm really happy with it.

I have wanted and at times needed this type of tool for certain home projects. I never bought the well-known name brand model because of the high price. This one, made by Hart exceeds the expected performance I would have hoped for in the other brand. I am currently making and installing crown molding for the cabinets in my kitchen and was needing an accurate tool to fine tune my cuts at tricky angle joints. This micro-saw is just what I needed. Again, it is quite powerful, and the battery charge lasts far longer than I expected. The assorted accessories were also a pleasant surprise.

I received a Hart 4V Cordless Rotary Tool with Accessories Kit to try out and review. The tool is approximately the same size as my corded one of another brand and fits well in my hand. I was amazed at the power it produced for a non-corded tool. I used it on both wood and metal with just the tools it came with and it handled the job well. Unlike my other brand, this has a rubberized skin which makes it easy to hold onto. The product appears to be well made and of heavy duty material. The tool charges fast and is ready to get to work. The accessory tools it comes with are basic, but will let you engrave, sand, buff and polish items as needed. The accessory tools come in a clear divided snap lock container to keep everything ready and safe. The tool has weight to it but not too heavy and the size makes it easy to use. I especially like that there is no cord to keep getting in your way. My old tile I use to remove old grout and can do a whole room. I think this one could also remove grout but I haven't tested it to see if it would do a whole room. My only con with the tool is it did not come with a hard case like my other tool. Other than that it is a nice asset to my useful tool collection.

Not easy to use, wish I had not purchased. Very non useful

Walmart sent me the wrong item and it was the display model in a box labeled not for consumer sale and didn't work

Tool keeps shutting off while trying to work with it and battery is fully charged.
