Hart leather palm work gloves granted are geared towards the guys but they are also made in sizes for us ladies too. I have a pair of leather work gloves I use outside but my hands always get sweaty in them after working in them for awhile and I never was crazy about that, I needed the leather since I was wondering with things I needed to protect my hands from. These Hart leather palm gloves are perfect for what I need them for without the sweaty hands. They have a strap on the wrist so you can adjust them to fit your size so no gaps for things to get down into the glove. A big plus is you can use your cell phone without having to take your glove off to use the touch screen a really big plus for me as I don't like to wear earbuds while I Am working outside. I have the mediums and I would say I am a average size lady size 7-8 rings size. I have no idea how you measure gloves to fit as I always try them on but these in medium fit me like a glove, sorry I had to go there:)
These gloves are absolutely top notch. It has the flexibility and breathability compared to thinner gloves, but it has the structural support of the heavy duty gloves needed to do yard work or other construction work. The wrap around the wrist helps keep everything in place and just adds to the overall stability and practicality of these well-crafted gloves.
2nd pair of these gloves love them
Was as advertised. My husband said he really likes the gloves.
I got the Hart leather palm work gloves a few days ago, and I have put them to good use while doing yard work this spring. They are ideal for gardening and light construction/material handling. A very good fit, quite flexible, not stiff at all. They are made from a stretchy spandex material, with thin leather on the palms, and rubber on the fingertips. You can operate a touchscreen ( phone ) with them on with no difficulty. They have a velcro wrist strap that allows you to adjust the fit somewhat. These are not super heavy duty gloves, so probably not suitable for very heavy work, but for the regular yard/household/chore type jobs, they are pretty much perfect. I like them a lot and think you will too!
If you're considering these, make sure to go in and try them on first. the fit is a little funky.
Well put together nice gloves
Paper thin stretch material which is blue renders these not puncture proof as they are described. The thin material is like nylon and not durable. This completely renders the glove not suitable for work environments.
Very nice EXCEPT for the fit - the index finger on each hand is so restricted that it cannot touch your palm - this is a design problem - the index fingers do most of the work and need a little extra room to be fully flexible - in this case, they are tighter than the other fingers.
The leather on the gloves fell apart the first time I used them. How do gloves sold as "work gloves" fall apart that easily? These gloves clearly can't handle being used for any work.
