Hasbro Retro Series Scrabble 1949 Edition Game

We are enjoying this game which is very much the same as the one we had when we were first married 52 years ago. It has wooden letter tiles, wooden racks and an identical board. It is a good way for us to enjoy our shelter in place time this spring.

This game immaculately packed, even with a velvet bag, to put letters in after first time you play! Board a good size, and, the whole game package a good quality !

I bought this "retro" scrabble game for my son and his family. I wanted it to be just like the game he grew up with and it is. They love it. We have the original scrabble game which this one is modeled after (over 40 years old now) and it still looks great. Thanks for making quality games, Hasbro!

I love this game! It was the first one opened when it arrived. Took my whole family back to younger days!

Game is very nice and my order arrived earlier than expected. I would, and have, ordered again. I am more than satisfied.

We love to play games on family night and this was a board that I put together that had a spin on it so this work break Scrabble with a spin

I have mine on a lazy susan so it can be viewed from any perspective. It comes with all letters in a bag therefore it is so easy to simply pull letters from the bag w/o having to set out first.

Shame on Hasbro for selling this product...there is no reason for the board to be so faded, the printing barely legible in some places, the printing in the fold of the board is gone in some places!! The bag for the tiles is so small the tiles fall out and the material is so thin I know it won't stand the test of time!! Not worth it!!!!

It's the 50's again and I'm playing my favorite game. Scrabble. Great game, just terrific.

Happy to find this item t a good price %26 it was shipped quickly.
