Monopoly Cheaters Edition Board Game for Families and Kids, Family Game, Ages 8 and up (Walmart Exclusive)

My youngest child wanted to play this game. We went to several stores before ordering this online. Unlike other versions of Monopoly that is basically the same game with different themes, this one had a real twist to it. As the game suggests, you get to "cheat." That is the element that is added to this version and makes it uniquely fun. My family and I enjoyed playing this version. Although the rest of the family was hesitant to cheat, the tension of trying to cheat without getting caught made it fun. Cheating is still within the rules of the game, so you are still playing by the rules.

I work with clients 1:1 and in group settings and I have introduced my client(s) this game and I absolutely love it because I have an opportunity to teach various skills, particularly those related to social interaction, turn-taking, and following rules.

I found other sites with a better price, but chose Walmart because of the speed of delivery being offered.

This version is more captivating, engaging, and more fun than the original version. It allows for creativity like no other board game I've played.

A great family game that will keep you laughing. Each character has a specific cheat they can do which adds more fun. The board is smaller than regular Monopoly and that helps you pass Go quicker. The handcuffs were worn by everyone at some point during the game. This is a great addition to family game night that everyone loved. If you are looking for a quiet family night this is not for you.

This game is so fun! It really keeps you on your toes, as you try to spot the other players cheating.

Fun concept but not for everyone. I bought this for game night with the family. We have 3 kids… two 12 year olds and a 13 year old. Not even 10 mins in the game everyone was fighting. It was complete chaos, which I should've known lol. I recommend playing with adults and be sure all rules are clear. Also I recommend having a “judge” who gives the final word if the person is actually cheating. For instance… someone stole money and ended up putting it back because they thought they would be caught. After the person put the money back, another player called them out. Since technically there was no proof that he cheated because the evidence was already gone, it still turned into a big fight. Do not recommend for children and maybe some adults lol.
