Hathaway Challenger 9-ft Shuffleboard Table With Dark Cherry Finish, Hardwood Playfield and Storage Cabinets

Plays great! My wife and I hauled upstairs and assembled it. It is a touch heavy but it can be done without much fuss. The playing surface is nice and smooth. We did not need to tune it up before playing. Assembly was a breeze. The nine foot table is a nice size.

Seems to be a quality product and at a reasonable price. I was able to order this table at Walmart and get it in time for Christmas, that was not possible anywhere else I found this table.

We like it very much. We have experienced a problem. It arrived with two factory defects. One is minor, a chip in the cheery wood. The other more serious. There is an area on the butcher block that is raised and not smooth and effects the game I have contacted both Walmart and they put me in touch with the manufacture..I am waiting for a someone to tell me how to fix the problem. I am so unbelievably happy with this table! I shopped quite around a bit before purchasing this one, and between the positive reviews on various sites and free shipping (Target adds a $60 handling fee) I found that Wal Mart was the place to go. It is easy to assemble, but quite large and heavy - definitely a two person job. Game play is great. With a light layer of the wax the pucks move insanely fast - you'll have to learn to play with lots of finesse. But if you've played a lot of shuffleboard you will understand and appreciate that. My only advice is to keep the size in mind when you purchase. I live in a high rise with a freight elevator. Had the box been ANY longer it would not have fit in the elevator. Assuming you have the space, the delivery will arrive in the estimated window and the guys will place the box wherever you tell them to. A+

Got this today. Took less than an hour to set up and played several games. This will be an excellent addition to the game room.

We love this table and have no complaints we are getting a ton of use out of it! It looks high end and it went together fast!

The table arrived earlier than l anticipated. Box slightly damaged. Wasn't a problem maneuvering with two adult males. Minor defects corner cover plastic chip missing, craftsmanship on the bottom plate where your screw in the levelers cocked. No instructions or user Manuel's had to find them on line. Missing a washer and gave the wrong bolts to attach legs. Went to hardware store , l added extra washers for stability. Easy to assemble . Holes for score brackets were not pre drilled. The table l purchased was walnut and the plugs to hide the screws were cherry. The bottom is plywood but sturdy, lm okay with that better than particleboard. The leg cabinets were dusty out of the box. Assembled it's really nice looking and the top and felt sides are beautiful.

The shipper cancelled the delivery twice. The legs of the table both came broke

Terrible quality control. One base leg had an entire row of brad nails not purchasing the receiving board, which caused the entire base to twist and pull other brads out during unpackaging. The top has a knot right in the middle of the lane that can easily be felt by hand. The other base leg has a rubbed/crushed spot. The storage doors and hinges are super cheap! This table is worth maybe $400 tops.

received our shuffleboard and the legs were damaged it took two extra weeks to finally put it up. When putting it up everything was level. The pucks would not stay on the board. When reviewed a video and speaking with the company they are sending out a new game board they told us that the board must be warped. So now its round two. You need at least 5 guys to be home when you put it up very heavy. If this board can't be played on I will return and get a refund. Fingers crossed.
