My Hathaway Pool Table
My pool table arrived in a timely fashion. I went online to the Thumbtack app and had it I had it assembled. The quality of the table was very good above my expectations. I would recommend it to anyone who is likes to play pool like me.

Great Table for the Price
I ordered the 7 foot table. It arrived early. I hired a local pool table installer that met me and then delivered and the had it installed in less than an hour. The table is an excellent value for the price. It is very attractive and plays very true and is an excellent table

Great Billard Table
PROS- GREAT PRICE, EASY TO ASSEMBLE,GOOD LOOKIN TABLE,LOTS OF FUN FOR BEGINNERS OR OCCASIONAL PLAYERS.PERFECT FOR OUR PLAYROOM. CONS-HARD TO GET IT TO LEVEL BUT IT DOES HAVE EASY ADJUSTABLE FEET EVEN WITH A THICK PLAY FIELD. GO TO WALMART AND BUY SOME GOOD STICKS AND ONE SHORT STICK FOR THE LADIES. I DID ALOT OF RESEARCH AND THIS WAS THE RIGHT CHOICE IF YOU DO NOT WANT A SLATE TABLE. This is a honest opinion!

Damaged parts, cheap accessories.
Arrived damaged. Contacted Walmart and they informed me that since this was sold by a third party seller that I would have to make arrangements through them. They reached out to the seller who then contacted me via email asking for pictures of the damage. I sent them photos and haven't heard back from them. There were several damaged pieces of the wood that formed the leg frames. The felt had several large “bubbles” where it was not attached to the surface below. The balls had chips in them, the bumpers had what appears to be crush damage, and the cues were out of round and splintered. Unusable. We went ahead and assembled it hoping that they would just replace the broken parts but haven't heard anything so ultimately we have ended up buying all new cues and balls. The frame damage and the bumper damage remains and it ended up costing me an additional $200 to make it playable. If it had not been damaged this would have been a nice table. But the accessories were trash even if they had not been damaged.

Completely dissatisfied with the delayed delivery, subpar communication, and the return process is a catastrophic nightmare with no support from Walmart!
