I know that most peoples will tell you what you want to hear. I wish to give you truth so that you will be able to help me even the more. This is my first time to take this supplement and thus far it has met my expectations. The main advantage for me is the taste. I find it difficult to swallow pills and this is a definite alternative.

Great product. Been using for 8 months and has significantly reduced my knee pain. Notice when I skip a few days, the pain intensifies.
