Purchased to moderate usage of the little window a/c unit in my bedroom. This timer has enough programs to allow me to run the unit 2 hours on, 1 hour off around the clock. On cooler days, I simply unplug the a/c from the timer, and plug back in as needed - I don't have to reset/reprogram the timer that way! Been using for about 3 weeks, so far so good!

I have used a lamp timer for many years but it finally bit the dust and refused to hold the timer programs any longer. That model is no longer available so I searched for another that would do the same functions. This HBN timer met my needs and was simple to set up. It has worked flawlessly since day one. I definitely recommend it.

This timer is so easy to use. There was no assembly required. The digits are easy to read. The timer comes on and off just described. I would recommend this timer.

This timer has multiple, 8, on-off settings per 24-hour time block which is what I need. It is an attractive unit to be hanging on an outlet in plain sight. The most welcome item is the extensive and clearly stated instructions brochure.

Instructions for setting up timer need to be clearer, was confusing on how to set up each category for timer.

Like the size and how easy it was to program the on/off times for the whole week. Ok, I admit I had to read the manual a second time. I simply overlooked a step the first time but that's on me.

Takes a few seconds of patience to figure out how to program, but it's not complicated. As with most things, directions are just not worded well. But timer works well!

I really like that it has outlets on both sides so if it is tight against something on one side, you can use the other side. It is really easy to set up and use and it is very handy to be able to program without it being plugged in. Also the price was right. The timer was a good buy.

I think I received a used one because it looked used and the battery was charged. But it works fine

This item was too difficult to program . The instructions were not clear and with more than 20 attempts to program it, complete failure. A timer shouldn't be this difficult to program. Returned the item to my local Walmart and I still am waiting for my refund 2 weeks later!!!
