I tried to buy something similar twice from Amazon. Both times it arrived damaged with the box falling apart. This one from Wal-Mart arrived in pristine condition without a single flaw. It was easy to put together and works perfectly. I couldn't be happier!

I was pleased with how sturdy the ladder is. The handrails in particular make me feel safer. There was only a little bit of assembly to attach the rails and the top body of the ladder above the steps. it is well made and stable. I am very happy with the purchase

Love this ladder! We Actually used it for or should I say beside our bunkbed. It is so much easier to walk up this ladder to get into the top bunk then it is to use the ladder that is attached to the bed as it is metal. The bed I mean.

we needed for the new move in. we can use it to reach the highest ceiling and replace the light. it's great value , sturdy and nice quality , very satisfied with the purchase

I purchased this step ladder with handrails and tool tray for my father that is 90 years old, but still gets up on a ladder to fix things around the house. The top reasons are for the handrails and tool tray. Everything about the ladder has been great, but I do feel the brackets that hold the ladder could be bigger. The instructions are minimal, there are a couple of Allen wrenches that come with it, two different sizes of screws - again - not the most robust, could be better. I would buy this again - but feel these are improvements that could make it a five-star ladder.

I gave this a mid pack rating based on the fact that step ladder itself was a great design and good quality. However this was the worse shipment that I have received in recent memory. The box was left in the middle of my drive on wet pavement rather that walk the 15ft to leave it on my covered front porch. I surmise that the driver did so because of the amount of damage done to the box. Their was also minor damage to the ladder but nothing I couldn't fix well enough to allow me to assemble and test the unit. As I said great product but unacceptable shipping, This was my first delivery order from Walmart since their is a Super Center about 5 miles away from my home and I shop there frequently. This item was not in stock and I ordered it for home delivery. It actually arrived a day ahead of their promise but if this delivery is an example of the normal package handling it may well be my last home delivery. I have attached images that detail what I have described above. Y'all decide for yourselves if I have been accurate in my review.

I was really looking forward to this ladder. First, FedEx puts the package on the side of my home, instead of the front door which is typical. The package is heavily damaged, so I wasn't surprised the ladder was damaged too. A leg was heavily bent. I thought Wal-Mart would simply replace the item, but the response I got was refund only.

This item arrived damaged. It looks like it would be nice and serve its purpose if it was not. I emailed for assistance. I was told to send pictures. I have not gotten a response. The openings in the bottom and top parts are bent and will not allow for them to be assembled.

Item arrived damaged with no way to contact seller. Box was damaged and legs were shoved so hard through box, rubber feet were damaged. No contact information etc. ladder appears to be bent.
