I tryed it for the first time today
I tryed this for the first time today to see how it works. If it works good I will keep buying it. The only problem was when I took it out of the bag it was running out of the top. I don't know it they had something on it or what

Wrong item sent
One start down because I got the wrong one delivered, they sent citrus one and not the eucalyptus one. Did not try this one because I will return it

Received Citrus and Cedar twice
Perhaps they don't make this product anymore, but I did not receive what I ordered, twice. Overall, we have liked this product for sometime. When it came time to reorder, I ordered from Walmart. I received a shampoo, but it was citrus and cedar. I processed a return and another shampoo was shipped, but it was again, Citrus and Cedar.

I was looking forward to the tingling others mentioned, but felt nothing so was quite disappointed. I've had others shampoos which have felt like air conditioning for your head/scalp which is very welcoming in the Summer heat. Will still be on the lookout for another product which does provide a cooling sensation as this Head %26 Shoulders is a dud!!

4th time was never the charm
would be zero stars if i could. ordered this product 4 different time and always get either regular head n shoulders or cedar. the last time ordered i went in person after walmart tried cancel my order and they reinstated the order i got 4 regular head n shoulder. i was so fed up i selected return item while the worker went to look for the items displayed and i just left disappointed and tired of walmarts shenanigans.

I ordered this product online because I can't find it in my Walmart. They selected an alternate product when it said do not substitute! Very disappointing.
