This product is better than the pro: 5 grams heavier than the pro version, with ventilation, and the same absorption and tackiness. This product is also better than leather: Not quite as heavy as leather so your balance doesn't change much, and much better absorption and grip.
My daughter has been playing tennis for 11 years and will be playing in college next year and this is the only grip she will use. It is excellent at keeping your hands from getting sweaty and losing grip of your racquet. I purchased multiple this time to keep on hand so she doesn't run out and at the great price of $4.99 each!
I bought two packs and redid my head tennis rackets, fairly easy to do and they look nice compared to my other ones that were annihilated.
Very good quality at a great price! Note that is a little thick - I'd advise using it solely without adding over grip.
An inexpensive replacement grip that feels very nice on the racquet. A little awkward to install. I stapled the beginning end of the tape and then it was easier to begin the spiral wrapping. Looked nice when finished. A good value for the do-it-yourselfer.
It is a decent replacement grip. I buy for my husband as he does not use overgrip but asks me to change grip for him periodically when it gets worn/slippery. It is fairly easy to install and feel fine.
Excellent replacement grip with perforation. Thin enough that it doesn't affect the size of the racquet.
It did not handle sweat well for me. The grip was very average. I play at 5.0 level. True. I do have a pretty western forehand.. but I expected much less slippage. I think the tackiness hurts the sweat absorption somehow. I need a combo of this and tournagrip lol
Picture for the Item in black is the wrong item on website.
gets very slick after one use. Does not do well with sweat.
