I got this for my husband, he works in construction and his neck gets sore. As others have noted you need a small screwdriver to put in the batteries but that isn't difficult. The vibration is VERY strong around the area where the battery is. My son asked if he could take it to college to use, he plays sports so we thought his neck was bothering him. Apparently this is used for areas besides the neck, Hector brought two friends home for a weekend and they joked that he was dating a dog. I told them that was not any way to refer to a woman and one said "it's not a woman we're talking about." Then I remembered the dog massager........... We won't be asking for it back.

Purchased this for my self and my husband stole it so had to order another one. The massage part is just ok,but this is the perfect size for neck comfort white sitting on the sofa, or riding in the car. its not to fat or to small,very comfortable!

This massager is handy to have. It fits comfortably around the neck and I'm hoping to get much needed relief from using it. The battery cover was difficult to remove especially since I'm a senior citizen with arthritic hands.

I didn't know what to expect, but it's the cutest thing. My son loves it %26 can hardly wait to use it. I couldn't believe how soft it is as well. I highly recommend this item! You won't be disappointed.

Strong motor. Very difficult to put in batteries. Fun massager. Would not recommend for children under 16 because of motor power. Also don't use it with massager for long time periods.

Cute item! 3 stars given because IF you want it to massage, you need to pull battery pack out of the pillow and then turn the vibration on. I don't know how any child would accomplish. I can hardly maneuver.

I liked this item a lot. I usually bought about 3 years, and bought 3 each time. It worked one time, so it must not have been very good. I have another and it's working well, so far. I was just disappointed, maybe I can find the old manufacturers at Walmart later this year

while this fox neck massage pillow is very cute and soft to touch, the massage function is horrible. just buzzing on one spot in the back of the neck where the 2 double a batteries go. too soft to be use as a substantial neck pillow by itself. extremely disappointed with purchase.
