Haven't used item yet, however, I purchased this item upon recommendation from a friend. He has had good service and an enjoyable experience from this item. I hope to have the same! Once I set this item up myself, I will review it for sure.

easy to operate. lasts a long time I was really surprised. Yes I would recommend it to others.

I love this diffuser I boight pine essential oil and my whole house smells freshly cleaned everyday.

Nice small size, couldn't find an off button

When I first received the product,all was well. It worked as expected etc. Now it does not work. There is no scent from the ouls placed inside. The smoke or whatever its called doesnt come out. The only thing that still works is the lights.

I was hoping for more mist to come out. It's barely anything. If you put less water in there, then it works okay. But that defeats the purpose of getting a bigger humidifier if i have to keep refilling it

Buttons are hard to get too the setting you want and then if not careful you will turn it off and have to start all over again.

Inconsistent flow of mist. Sometimes shuts off randomly. The buttons are difficult to manage unless you hit them at the perfect angle.
