I do not have to wake up at the same time my husband does to go to work. He doesn’t mean to, however, he is noisy getting ready and I can’t sleep no matter how late I was up the night before. I have been using these and so far he has not woken me in the morning. I am also a side sleeper and these do not bother me at all.

Great item, took it to concert and was front row, did not disappoint! Would recommend to anyone wanting protection from loud noise, and still hear the music clearly. Yessah!

My boyfriend snores, these might not block it out all the way, but reduce the noise enough that I am able to sleep well. They are comfortable, and I sleep on my side all night long. I like the option of different size pieces that go in the ear, I use the smallest ones.

i bought these to wear to our grandsons basketball games and have actually started wearing them in the car and at home when the tv or radio gets to loud when the hubby has the games on lol they work so well to cancel out noise and they have 3 different size ear buds so there is going to be the perfect size for your ears and they are so comfortable very soft not hard they are 10/10

The sensory sensitivity to light and sound I experience requires ear plugs/amber sunglasses nearby 24/7, so Not No More F around w/.less expensive? products (read: silicone-do not!) Fantastic! It comes with different sizes to fit your ear. They come in a little case. Would be great if you were traveling. Slides right in. They don’t fall out when sleeping. Blocks noises beautifully. I highly recommend. 10/10

While this does subdue sound some, if you need it for a spouse that snores like a freight train; this won't work. In addition, they tend to be uncomfortable to sleep in, which is what I need them for. The little plastic handles that I guess are there to use to put them in and take them out is very uncomfortable to sleep on. So unless you want to sleep front or back I wouldn't recommend this. I guess they're better than nothing, but I'm looking elsewhere or something else to work.

These are not made for small ears. I wish they had a smaller version.

They don't lower sound by barely anything. Just getting them to fit is a pain, when they get in the right position, a slight movement will bump them out of place.
