Heath Chocolatey English Toffee Baking Bits, Bag 8 oz

Great for desserts. I have it topping cheesecake

My son use these in a Heath bar cookie recipe. And it came out delicious. I absolutely love these by himself as well. I absolutely love the crunchy sticky texture has. Is that cookie that perfect crunch with that chocolate and caramel taste or taffy taste?

It is a bit overpriced and I do wish there was a dark chocolate version. But I make ice cream at home so I do buy bits to add to the various flavors. This one goes into the salted caramel one I make. It's a family favorite.

Really imparts a nice flavor when added to a baked good (in the batter). I imagine that it also could be useful as a streusel-like topping (though I haven't tried that yet). The appearance isn't that of broken-up Heath bars, or even toffee-like fragments. However, the taste is there and is authentic to the Heath flavor. I suspect that this formulation allows for baking (a higher temperature than most Heath bars experience.) I ran these by my sister (a Heath bar aficionada). She approves!

I wanted to make cookies and since we enjoy the mini Heath bars VERY MUCH, we knew these would make delicious cookies. A week went by and finally, the day I was going to make them, my husband had to leave for a Texas gig. He then stood in for 2 more gigs down south SO, I decided to use these ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS morsels in my Blue Bell ice cream. Ohhh my goodness! You have to try this! I've even added chopped pecans with it just for a change. Heath mini candies are so delicious that, there is no way you can eat just one! My husband and I keep saying just one more then one of sneaks another one… and brings one to the other. Maybe next time I will make cookies… and save a little for my ice cream!

Fresh, taste perfect will buy again. A filling snack Enjoy waffle cone w/o ice cream or with it.i have ordered this for a few years filling and taste is wonderful. I add lobster meat inside of a cluster lobster meat. Order and enjoy with spices you like.

My only complaint is that the dog treats, which do no melt, were in an insulated bag whereas the Actual Chocolate Heath crumbles Were Not. I'll still eat them - they're in the freezer, recovering. I can't imagine what they'd be like if I weren't home %26 they sat in my porch for hours! I guess I'll go to the Physical store for anything tha needs temperature control %26 have the rest shipped, like usual. There is very poor quality control with this item. Inside the bag was a large piece of curled up corrugated cardboard coated in powdery coating which comprised a lot of the bag instead of the candy bits. Did a rat chew on this cardboard piece? Won't buy this again.

I ordered the milk, chocolate toffee bits. I received just the regular toffee bits. I needed this for a recipe. I'm not happy.
