I thought this item was absolutely wonderful. I was having trouble with my knee and the heating feature is great and I like the ability to increase or decrease the amount of tension that is applied during the massage hop i thought this item was absolutely wonderful. I bought this for my Mom because she suffers from knee pain with her knees being bone to bone. It gives her so much relief that I decided to order one for myself.

Works perfect and relieved by muscle pain

It's in °C and we aren't sure how or if it's possible to change to °F but otherwise it works great. my husband said it is relaxing when he uses it on his knee

I purchased this unit for my husband. He stated it doesn't work for him because he has arthritis not muscle soreness. But he did like the heat. He did say he would recommend it to others with muscle issues. Sorry to say I will be returning.

positive Velcro on any neoprene does not work after a few months. only positive Velcro on negative Velcro. in all cases. someday they may get it correct!

This product is very very bad l bought one but not work

Had this on medium heat for less than 30 minutes and the pattern from the heat element was burnt onto my skin.
