Better for the environment. They are made from a plant based material. You get 25 sixteen ounce bowls in this package. Great feature is that they’re microwave safe.

These can basically hold anything and are good for soup as well! I love how they are eco friendly and are compostable! These are great and I recommend!

Couldn't be happier with the switch to biodegradable/compostable bowls %26 plates. Obviously, I originally chose to buy these due to the environment; Or rather, I was worried about the impact of my using single use plastic. After I switched, though, I not single use plastic. After I switched, though, I couldn't help but notice how much better quality they were in the alternative. Whether I used couldn't help but notice how much better quality they were in the alternative. The ones I was using before were always so flimsy, no matter if I had bought paper, plastic, or Styrofoam. I could never really find any of any value. Always had to carry them with two hands or it would bend and break. You really don't have to worry about that with the compostable alternative. They're just so much sturdier and can handle more weight. They can even be carried with one hand. It was such a welcome change, I couldn't go back.

They are heavier than other bowls perfect for cereal.

Hold up really good. Eventually will start to get soggy but even with kiddos we've never had a problem with it. Only downside is the lip of the bowl is too wide to drink out of the bowl without a mess.
