HeftyPress to seal freezer bags are great for meat, for pork chops, for garden veggies etc. If you are like me, I wash them and reuse them for other things. I have tried a great deal of storage bags and honestly, Hefty has been the only one where I don't worry about freezer burn.
these bags are wonderful to prevent freezer burn. Just put your meat in there close it up tight push out as much hair as possible and it's good to go. Quart bags are great for small households. I used a half gallon wins for free since such period Very easy to seal.
Needed some quart size bags, and these said they were good for the freezer so I figured I would try these out. They are easy to use and they seal easily.
These bags are consistently a good product. They are a necessity at my home for leftovers, when I'm packing for a trip, when I may be going somewhere, and returning home with wet clothing, organizing junk drawers; these bags are good for so many things.
I THANK THIS IS A GREAT THING WALMART IS DOING EXCELLENT THING FOR PEOPLE CAN GET AROUND TO THE STORE . MY AUNT IS A 101 YEARS OLD. I CAN'T SHOP FOR FOOD, BECAUSE I LIVE IN BROADVIEW SOMETIMES I CAN'T GET OUT THERE. TO HER HOUSE. ITS GOOD TO KNOW WALMART HAVE MY BACK. THANK YOU MRS D VANN
I loved everything about the storage bags, I definitely would recommend them to anybody who needs bags.
You can't ask for a better product , after all they are Zip lock Storage bags . Rough and tough to the very last bag .
This was substituted for brand I wanted. It's a good product, but the box was too big to fit in kitchen drawers.
I've tried a lot of different freezer bags over the years, and I keep coming back to these. I actually prefer the press-to-close style over zipper bags because the zipper tracks can sometimes get stuck, separate, or break after a few uses. These are simple, dependable, and easy to seal. The bags are thick enough for freezing meats, leftovers, fruits, vegetables, and meal prep items without worrying about leaks. They close securely and stay sealed, which is exactly what I want from a freezer bag. I also use them for organizing small household items and packing snacks when traveling. The 50-count box lasts quite a while, making it a good value for the money. If you're tired of fighting with zipper-style bags, these old-school press-to-close bags are a reliable alternative that simply gets the job done.
Almost 2 dollars cheaper than the same amount of hefty bag bags that have the zipper seal on the top of the bag. %231 Benefit: the seal stays closed completely and has several layers to prevent anything from seeping out Challenge: Kind of hard to close it if your hands are wet and especially if the seal gets any crumbs or flour or food in it. And food or whatever you're putting into the baggie will easily get into the crevices of the seal. But it does stay closed and seals completely over the zipper bags, which is why I got them. Traveling on the road with food in hefty bags in a cooler, I don't want anything leaking out of a hefty bag. I switched to the sealed hefty bags because that seepage used to happen with the zippers, especially with blueberries. The worst thing about hefty zipper bags is when frozen chicken unfreezes, you have to put the chicken in a bowl in the refrigerator because the hefty zipper seal leaks raw chicken gunk in your fridge.
