Hefty Slider Gallon Storage Bags, 40 Count

They're very easy to open and close, which is great for anyone with arthritis in their family. Lastly, they seem very durable and I done have to worry about food or juice leaking out into the fridge or cooler.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gallon size storage bags from the brand Hefty. I use these to store my meats in the freezer or to store bulk products in my pantry. Material is plastic so the bags are used once and then toss to the trash can.

I know these can be more expensive than some other baggies but they are dependable every time I use one. I'm a loyal customer for 30 years and I use the storage bags as freezer bags all the time and it works for me.

I used them to make buffalo cauliflower by pouring the sauce in and shaking the bag. The bag is leak proof and so easy to close the the sliding seal. My family has used Hefty bags for years and they continue to be great quality.

I used to scrimp and buy inferior store brands, but they created too many unexpected messes in my fridge, freezer, car and suitcases, that I now only use Hefty. They are strong and reusable. The capacity is great for snacks, small products, and household items while still sealing securely. I also appreciate that there's no strong plastic odor when opening the box, which is a huge plus. The slider closure makes them convenient and easy to use. The only downside is that the bags can tear if they're packed too tightly or overfilled, so I'd recommend using them for lighter to moderate storage needs. Several bags had seal issues. They would open due to manufacturing problems. Also some bags were torn open near the seal.

I got what I ordered plus an item that I DID NOT order: Tsos Chicken in a box. Please do not charge me for it. I didn't order it. I left it on my front door step so Walmart can pick it up and take it to whomever ordered it.

Ink from logo coming through to inside of bags- somehow the logo print is wearing through and in the inside of the bag. Meaning this would make context with any food it touches. Majority of bags are like this. The bottom white stuff is on the INSIDE of the bag

The bag's were stuck together, likely by excessive heat while in storage, and bags that didn't tear the lettering was smeared. Apparently the bad condition was known and was why there was a Walmart bucks discount. That should be a red flag for potential buyers in future.
