walmart associate who used the discount card while buying these bags. they're doing good so far. I've used them for a lot of cornered boxy types of things like pizza boxes, variety boxes of chips and 12 pack canned pop boxes. so far they haven't torn or poked holes through. I've only used three so far! so maybe one could fail later. but they're doing ok so far.
I've had a few of these over the years I've worn them out. It took a long time. This one is beautiful seems to be even better than the first year. They lasted five years. I used them every day. They were incredible. This one seems better little tighter built a little solider
always check the dimensions of your trash can. Measure the diameter of the opening and measure the depth of the can. Then, check the measurements on the box of Steel Sacks. This particular product number fits my Ace Hardware plastic/Rubbermaid trash cans. The "value" bag does not fit.
Very strong! They don't tear while being stretched to get it placed around the edge of the trash can. They are also very affordable in addition to being sturdy.
If I told you what I use these for you would look at me side ways but I've been using them for years and if you put 2 together they don't leak unless punctured the only time they leaked was using vinegar to clean my cpap parts I'm on the road constantly I have to be creative the stretchy version of these leak so I don't like them as much
These 39 gallon sacks fit nicely inside our garbage can. They are tough and never break open when transferring the bags to the carts for the trash removal companies to pick up.
I love these bags. They're awesome. I buy the 39 gallon and it fits my garbage can perfect garbage day. I have no issues and they're strong. I have a very sick husband and it even helps. Keep the smells down when I tie them up tightly I recommend them.
Another customer in my local, Walmart pointed these out to me when I was buying a smaller bag he told me this bag holds everything and then some and she talked me into buying it. I have ordered it a few times now. It is the best garbage bag out there.
This is the first time I purchased the Steelsak choice in quite a while. These are not as thick as they used to be. I suppose it is due to the practice we are experiencing with many consumable items now - less or reduced quality products for the same or higher price. I bought the Steelsak choice because I was running into this same issue with the Hefty hags I had been using for a while. I won't buy either again.
I don't know how these have such good reviews. I'm genuinely confused. We have a 39 gallon can in our kitchen. We are a big family so we have a big trash can. We use Hefty mostly. We have used several brands and types. These are the worst I've used in a while. We use them for every day house trash and they are terrible. Any type of force to pull them out of the can causes them to rip. The top of the bag that holds in the tie straps rips all the way around the bag too when you try and close it. 10/10 would not recommend and the name needs to be changed tbh.
