I have used this product for years and love it. I found the switch tends to wear out so I turn it on and leave the switch alone, just unplugging it when done.
This works much better for me than a round brush %26 a blow dryer. It's veey easy to use, smooths my hair quickly %26 the heat sets the style with ease. I plug it in before my shower %26 it is ready to go when I get out. I hace ling hair so I use the largest barrel size. I f your hair is a short permed style go for a more narrow barrel.
i didnt like it it was too hot to hold and didnt blow dry also which i thought it was a multiverse tool its great for someone else, maybe like a hairdresser
Replaced a long used one with another.
Good product overall - I have previously used Helen of Troy, which is why I purchased it again. The 1 inch works better for me with my hair length, but you did not appear to have it in stock.
It was exactly what I wanted. I was disappointed that there's not a thermostat, so you could control the temperature. I'm assuming it's on a low setting. Because I feel like it would do a much better job if it heated up more.
It works great, fit my needs perfectly. But it takes a good 15 minutes to get up to temperature! I only need to use it for about 5 minutes. So if I forget to plug it in early, I'm waiting on it to heat up to finish my hair.
like the hard teeth for my thick hair, but wish it got a tad hotter. Does take a while to get to its maximun heat.
it doesn't get hot enough, and my hair tangles in it
I have several Helen of Troy curling irons. This particular one came with a malfunctioning cord so that it does not stay on. If you hold the cord a certain way the curling iron will charge- don't have the time for that. If this is the "new design"- definitely not worth it!
