This is perfect for crafts. it's lightweight and can be hung or placed on a plate holder. takes paint well and can be used for wood burning. all in all I really like it.

I use different sizes and types of wood depending on the project. Walmart wood is consistantly a good product at a good price. I usually pick up a couple of pieces when I do my grocery shopping

poor quality. uneven edges with lots of chips. the price barcode is stuck to one side, and the plastic hang tag fir displaying it in the store is STAPLED to the back. just bad all around.
