It is just as its described and was delivered on time too. The only thing slightly wrong with it is IF you want to keep the photo of the cast inside the mug, you'll have to cut it down a bit to see them all. lt needs to be laminated so nothing gets on this photo. NO MICROWAVE, NO DISHWASHER, %26 HAND WASH ONLY.

The description did not mention you cannot put anything hot with a tea bag in it, I ordered this item and it happened twice the finish curdled from the heat It should have been stated in the description that it can only be used for room temperature beverages or be used as a collective show piece mug. I am so disappointed because it was given as a gift and they were very disappointed not being able to use it for it's purpose.
