Henckels Solution 2-pc Asian Knife Set

I am so impressed with these knives. They are super sharp, lightweight, and yet feels like good quality. I really like the fact that there are two different sizes. The one thing I think can be improved is the packaging - it was entirely made of plastic. I think Zwilling Henckels can do better. Pls start using decompostable or recyclable paper packaging.

This is my first time trying Asian style blades so I started off with a name I trust at the lower end of the price spectrum. I was not disappointed. Works better than my standard blade chef's knife for cutting through something. I had previously purchased a Henckel's knife sharpener which can handle either kind of blade so I have been able to stay on top of care for the edge of the blade. I use the larger (longer) knife more often than the shorter knife.

I'm very pleased with this 2 piece set of Henckels knives. They are very sharp right out of the box. The feel is nice, although I wish they were a little heavier. I'm hoping I will get many years of usage out of them.

Love these knives. My chopping and slicing has improved 100%! Easy to handle. I use them daily. I prefer the shorter one. I would recommend this product to any home cook.

I am a big fan of Henckels and these are a excellent starter set or a add on to your other Henckel knives. Nice edge, light weight and decent balance. 4 stars only because of them being the least expensive Henckels knives and the handles could have a better finish. With that being said, considering what you pay and what you get, the value is definitely there.

These knives are comfortable, easy to use, and very affordable. The only change I'd make to give it a five is a bit more weight in the handle. I know they are intended to be light, but I find them just a touch too light. Definitely glad I bought them, though.

Great blades, they came sharp and have held a sharp enough edge. Additionally the stainless steel and plastic handles allow them to be dishwasher washable

These knives are nice and sharp. but like some other people have said. They are fairly lightweight, I have many other older knives, that I can use, I appreciate a hefty blade, and these kinda disappoint . The handle is pretty slim, no offense, the ladies might be ok with it, but I like a firm grip when I'm using a blade that needs absolute control. But, for the price I paid, I am pretty happy.

Knives are lightweight,feel ok ,but I had to sharpen them. They were sharp but not paper cutting sharp and the edge was not uniform ally sharp,had dull areas along the blade

The quality of these knives do not compare with the knives in my classic set. The classic knives have better balanced weight and higher quality steel.
