Thyme & Table 7 in Santoku Knife, High Carbon Stainless Steel

I have been using this knife for around 2 years now and I love it. It is an excellent value knife for those wanting to cook on a budget. Very comfortable in the hand and easy to control not to mention SHARP. My only complaint would be that the first one I bought broke after the glue holding the blade and handle together became loose. However I had already gotten my moneys worth out of it and with how cheap this knife is, I had no problem replacing it.

Everything I order from them brings. a pleasant surprise for the value! This is unbelievably sturdy, the key is the handle which is not flimsy and moveable like cheaper options, spend the few more dollars it may take for something that lasts. great blade and looks like a professional knife, basically is.

Weight level and balance of knife and price you pay is a steel. Similar on Amazon 2.5 three times more. Cuts great. Sure cery expensive chef knives much sharper but you can also can and will injure yourself more. Great for a great cook for home use no need to pay ten times more

I bought this to bake homemade chex mix for Christmas. It fits in my oven and baked the mix evenly because of its size! Now I use it for baking layered veggies! I love it!

Quality of this knife is awesome and the weight and balance of the blade are amazing. Lastly this knife is razor sharp and should definitely come with a handle with care disclaimer. Great knife and budget friendly.

Getting the knife OUT of the packaging was a pain! Thank goodness I had a utility knife, otherwise I'd still be trying to open the blasted thing. The knife is perfect for my needs.

Very nice knife for the price. Sharp, nicely balanced, and it cuts very well. I bought the chef's knife first and liked it so much I bought the sankotu.

The Thyme and Table knives are great! Don't let the price fool you. I cannot attest to their reliability as I've only had them a few weeks but they are well constructed and very sharp. I like that they come with a cover so they can be stored safely in a drawer.

This was my first time buying this brand. I was pleasantly surprised at how good this knife is. I needed one delivered fast and didnt want to spend a lot because I figured it was just for that task. I also didnt want to get a cheap flimsy one because that would be a waste. Cuts well and easy to handle/grip thanks to design of handle. I also like rhat it comes with a blade cover.

Had this knife for over 1 month, and use it almost every day. It has just about replaced all my chef's knives, I thought i was replacing my 5" santoku, but it's 7" and tough as nails!! (thank goodness, as I ordered online) I then went directly to the Wal-Mart and bought the matching chef's knife, cost was <$25 together.
