I love my ashwagangha herb. I previously used it in a different format, and I hated it. Taking it with a very simple, easy to use dropper is so much easier, and the size is good value for money. It tastes just like any liquid herb, and has a slight aftertaste of alcohol but it isn't unpleasant. It is such an amazing quality ingredient, and it gives me so much energy, decreases my stress, and definitely benefits my mood. I feel so much brighter when I remember to take my drops, and I sleep better each night because of it.

I have severe daily fatigue from the time I get up in the morning. One hour after I take 1 dropper of this extract in a cup of water, my energy is normalized and my brain fog is lifted, so I can do physical or mental work. It is not a jittery stimulant like Caffeine but keeps me calm and concentrated with a normal energy. It could be anti-inflammatory in the brain. Taking any anti-histamine cancels its effect and makes me fatigued again.
