I'm into all smart adaptogen supplements and was not sure about taking Bacopa. I can feel the calmness without being sleepy. I'm still too early to expect focus and memory improvements but I can feel that it's happening. I'm in awe. This is not an extract but leaves and the dosage works for me.

Bacopa works well as an adaptogenic health herb. Helps in keeping me mellowed out.

These are a good size, easy to swallow with no aftertaste.

One thing i didnt like is that on the bottle it mentions having lead in it, which it doesnt show in the pictures, other than that everything else is okay.

This bacopa is 1,000 mg each which is a preferred higher amount. I thought they digest smoothly and happy with this purchase.

It gave me energy. I didn't eat as much.

First this item was only to take 3 day to be delivered it took over a month that I finally had to cancel supposedly it was lots of Transit, when it did arrive it had no box it look like someone rewrapped it in plastic and threw a label on it and also damaged, it was the worst thing I had ever seen be delivered from a company they have the gall to send it I would have never sent something to a customer like that. ,
