I am using the turmeric to put in my cold iced tea with other ingredients. I mix it with peach tea, lemon, raspberry tea. I'm glad I found them at Walmart.
I am pleased with this product after a couple of weeks of use. I bought the product because it is only turmeric and curcumin, which is what I was looking for. Many others contain black pepper extract and/or ginger, which I did not want. This was a relatively affordable choice that met my criteria. I have turmeric burps after but that's any turmeric supplement. I do recommend if like me you do not want other supplements mixed in.
Easy to take pills and good quality for anyone who takes tyrmeric. It helps to combat inflammation in my knees so I can play pickleball.

I like the ease of taking this supplement. But my arthritis is so bad, not sure how much it really helps. Worth a try though!
