We can no longer negate that tumeric and ginger impact our health very favorably! Not only did my PCP encourage me to start taking it, so did my father's oncologist. We tend to rely on synthetic medicines that can cause so many unwanted side effects. It's time to pursue a more natural approach. My husband and I both take this product on a daily basis. We are on our 4th bottles. Great source of antioxidants and anti inflammatory agents without undesired side effects.
This product is easy to take, you only have to take one a day. This is perfect for my diet that I am doing where I have to have turmeric and Ginger, this is the right amount of each ingredient that I need in this one product.

My joints have stopped hurting since taking this. Efficacy seems better when I mixed The capsule contents with my liquid vitamin mixture that already tastes terrible, so the taste of ginger isn't even discernible.
