This wool flannel is SO soft, non bleached/no nasties and is large enough which means it can be cut into smaller sizes for more use. They wash really well too! I got it for castor oil packs specifically for my uterus, digestion and liver. I bought the corresponding organic castor oil from Heritage Store, it is a really superior, high quality product. It's hard to believe applying castor oil, a wool flannel and a heat pack/hot water bottle can help uterus pain and digestion but it miraculously does! Highly recommend.

I use this to do my castor oil packs. Good size wool flannel and quality is good. It does having a bit of a scent after use, but that is to be expected as you are getting toxins out through the castor oil. I feel the benefits of using this and feel calmer after use/

I have soaked this flannel with heritage organic castor oil and applied it to my abdomen, wrapping it in clear kitchen wrap. I even applied the disposable heating pads and then secure with a body gauze. I left it on for about 40 minutes and chilled. The quality is great there is no doubt. It will provide you with a few uses for castor oil packaging. Feels soft and suitable for sensitive skin too i imagine. My only concern is how to wash it because i would like to be able to reuse it and not toss it after a few times.

I use this flannel for castor oil packs. Wool flannels are specifically recommended for this use. It is a nice size. I use it folded, but you could unfold to cover more area or for different body sizes. It would be nice if it had a strap, but not needed if using while lying down.

just a square of material Not Wrap...no way to attach nor wear! just simple square material THAT I GUESS u lay on your area....without moving! Do not recommend just cut old tshirt or old sheets into square better then this waste of money
