Herman Survivors Beeswax Leather Protector

I've used Lexol for years. It's a standard in western stores. Then I tried Herman Survivors beeswax formula. This doesn't darken as bad on light-colored leathers. It was bought to protect a custom-made dress from EBAY. Wow, this stuff goes a long ways. Also, you don't have to worry about spilling it. Herman Survivors also leaves a nice shine without looking greasy.

I was going to order a beeswax product from another company but at a fraction of the cost I decided to order this instead. As far as I can tell it works just as good as the more expensive option. My only concern is whether the product is actually 100% beeswax.

I had purchased some casual high dollar leather loafers that I wanted to keep for a very long time and I wanted to keep them looking good. I remembered my dad using a similar product on his work boots and he kept those work boots for years. so I purchased this product. it seems to be working quite well. therefore I'm happy with it. no problems.

Works exactly as a leather protectant should - easy to apply, provides deep moisture protection, and just about half the price of its competition. Plus its odorless, and because it's a natural product, it's easy on the hands. Highly recommended.

I should have taken before pictures. I used this on an old pair of boots that had been worn in water and mud. Cleaned them off and applied the wax. They look so much better. You would never know how dull dirty they were.

This polishes and protects our leather sofa nicely, without being too greasy or sticky. I used to dread cleaning the soda. Now, I look forward to it. Unfortunately, it doesn't protect it from the marauding cat with the evil claws, but it will keep the leather shiny and supple for years. I use it on boots and belts, too.

Didn't know what to expect with this product since I've never used a beeswax product before and I'm happily surprised! I purchased this for a pair of black leather dress boots which would get patches of white when water or snow would touch the leather, so to my surprise and relief when I cleaned my boots and applied a small layer of this product, no more white patches and the boots look fantastic! Also I've used this beeswax on a wood bowel and an old wood treasure trunk and they look brand new! Definitely recommend.

I thought this provided some waterproofing for leather items. I used it as directions said. Two days later i splash a few drops of water on the shoulder bag I'd applied product to. Unfortunately the water did not bead up as expected, it left a wet mark and water was absorbed by the leather.

The item was broken before it was shipped. Easy to see that when the broken bits weren't in the shipping package. Customer service and another Walmart employee conducting their own "business" while I am attempting my return and as line backs up. Lazy worthless employees result in low marks. Fire them and hire better ones.

I really can not rate this item so I put 1 because they messed up my order and did not send this product which is the beeswax but Wal-Mart wanted me to review this item and kept popping it up on my screen .I got irritated because it would not get off of my screen. So I gave it a 1 review but I never got this product it was taken off my account they sent brown shoe polish . That's no where near beeswax.
