Hi-Yield (21748) Herbicide Granules Weed and Grass Preventer (15 lbs)

Used a product called Amaze for years. It was wonderful, just wonderful, but it is no longer available on the market. Had almost given up finding a substitute but them found this product on Amazon. Ordered two bags and later discovered that Wal-Mart carries it also. I bought 4 more bags. I have a huge area to cover!!! So thankful I found this and I like not having new weeds pop up now!!!

It keeps the weeds held back, so you're plants can get ahead.

Nothing I disliked about the product. It worked just like discri ed.

This seems to be more effective than other products on the market.

It's a little early yet to see if this will produce the results that I need. I bought it cause it says it targets sandburs which have become a problem in my front yard. Easy to apply. Here's hoping.

I have had morning glory plants self seed all over my apt's planting bed from the former tenant not doing a thing to maintain the landscape beds!! Those morning glory vines crawled over EVERYTHING… spreading at an alarming speed! Tired of pulling out the thousands of sprouted seedlings, only to have another crop pop up in a day or two, I bought this product to prevent the thousands more seeds in the ground from germinating! The granular stuff smells terrible of chemicals !!……so strong that was a real negative!! Though I applied a really heavy amount, the seeds that had made their way deeper down in the soil, never had their germination effected! They have been sprouting left and right again! Their germination was only slightly slowed! My opinion is that if those weed seeds worked their way down in the soil over time, the granules never bothered them! THEN, the young man next door told me the stuff causes cancer in male organs !!! Not going to use it again…
