very easy to use. was delivered the next day already assembled. nothing had to be put together. light weight and small enough to store. thought it was a little overpriced at $44.

After five years of great service, I wore out my Scott spreader. Walmart had the best price for a new spreader so I ordered a new one and it was delivered the same day.

Didn't have any real directions on which way to turn the dial to make it more or less come out of the dispenser unit part of it. But once you figured it out, it was extremely easy to use. There was no real assembly to it. It spread the fertilizer around the grass seed great. Easy cleanup.

had the same exact scotts broadcast spreader and it lasted for 9 years. $44 for a brand new one i’ll take it all day long. A tool made of plastic. And it still spread fertilizer fine but the blocking mechanism that keeps fertilizer from spraying places you don’t want broke.

The Scotts EdgeGuard Mini is a solid, reliable broadcast spreader for standard-sized yards. It comes pre-assembled right out of the box, and the calibration dial is incredibly easy to set up for different types of lawn fertilizer or grass seed. The EdgeGuard feature works perfectly to keep product out of landscape beds and off the driveway. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the hollow wheel design. Sometimes fertilizer can collect inside the rims and drop in thin lines if you aren't mindful of your pace. Overall, it's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and an excellent value for DIY lawn care.

The spreader was free with the purchase of the seasonal fertilizer subscription. The spreader does not over-throw and the release door opens and closes as expected. It is nothing fancy, is not heavy-duty, and is not overly build. I'm only going to be using it 4x per year and it is simply functional and perfectly adiquate for my corner lot in the city.

This seller just think about how to make money. I ordered the item and Scott’s Turf cancelled it saying unavailable after few days later. The price gone up to almost double.
