Ferrous Sulfate
I live in Florida, where soil is very sandy and lacking in nutrients. 10-10-10 fertilizer helps, but the leaves on my bougainvillea and pomegranate are yellow nonetheless. Adding this Iron Sulfate appears to be helping.

Fine powder
This is a fine powder and is applied dry. You must water right after it is spread. Can not use when the temperature will be 85 degrees or above on the day of application. This powder will blow wildly in any wind, so you need a calm day for application. I just applied, so I do not know if it works.
