I just got this bike in the mail today and had to put it together, it was really complicated. I wish there were video instructions to just double just to know I was doing it right. After I was done I went to ride it, the bike is actually really nice and that's why this is a 5 stars for me! I do wish the bike was a bit lighter but that's just my own opinion. I definitely recommend this bike :)

I never write Walmart reviews but this is important. This was an inferior product and the seller refused to comply with Walmart policy when I tried to return maybe the day after I got it. I had to message and call Walmart, who has to give the seller two warnings/escalations and an additional 48 hours. After that, Walmart can force the return because Walmart is supposed to handle the return process. This is a shady seller that's trying to put the onus on the buyer, against what everyone agreed to. And then they have that phone line that I'm pretty sure is just to pretend that they're legitimate because no one picks up. A bike is something you can really get hurt on so just go to a local bike shop and get it done right. I tried the cheap option and it just ended up being an inconvenience when the purchase inevitably went south.

The order arrived the box had been and had to have tape placed on it by the delivery to hold the box together. parts were broke and missing.

Very poor quality. Will not purchase from Schwinn again,
