Mountain Bike Assembly

The person Angi's list sent did not understand that the instructions were online. Instead of saying something he put the bike together freestyle. I didn't notice until he was almost finished and asked him as he seemed to be stuck putting the front tire on. Needless to say, the chain came off 5 minutes into my first ride, the handle bars were not tightened and kept moving, the bike seat would not stay up. Not the best assembly. I returned the bike and have ordered another brand having it shipped to a local bike shop for assembly. The local shop quoted me $125 where I paid $135 for Angi. I don't recommend this service and wished I had read the reviews first.

This is done thru Angie. I needed a second assembler to come out for adjustments. These were simply mechanical assemblers who was not familiar with the Eskute brand. Each were not familiar.with disc handbrake adjustments. The first assembler put the front tire on backwards hence the disc brake was totally inactive.

the bike was assembled by Angie's. no problem with that. my problem was...the kick stand came broke in half and the power stopped working within a week. I sent a request to have thise two item s replaced and still havent heard anything, not to mention I also purchased the warranty.

My son has ridden his bike 5 times from school and every time, multiple times on the way home the chain came off. We paid $100 to get the bike put together and it's definitely not working correctly. I've never had a bike chain fall off every time I rode it. I now have to take it in to have someone else look at it. I want my money back!!

On the bicycle page you are given the option of assembly for $99.00, since the bike was a gift, I chose the assembly option, little did I know the bike is delivered in its shipping box and then after delivery, someone from Angi is scheduled to arrive and put it together. This is not mentioned on the bike page, so I expected the bike to be assembled and then delivered, not the other way around. When the bike arrived my stepson had the bike assembled in 20 minutes!

Took several times for them to get it right. I bought 3 bikes and one was put together improperly while the other was sent with missing parts. It's been almost a month and haven't been able to ride one of the bikes that I paid for in full and paid for 2 separate installations. They acted like they were doing me a favor sending someone to fix what was done wrong the first time

I Love th bike. top speed is more like 28 mph and range is possibly attainable with the lowest assistance level but with the weight of the bike it defeats the purpose of the bike. For what I purchased it for, I have no complaints and it is fun to ride

Ms. Jennifer and her team were prompt, responsive and communicated each step of the assembly process to ensure we were all on the same page. Once the bike was assembled she didn't hesitate to ask if I could hop on the bike for any last minute adjustments then finalized the job. I would highly recommend her to others.

So I got the bike this morning I had to put the seat on the handlebars on the pedals on the kickstand the brakes the reflectors but it was supposed to be assembled for the $139 so I don't understand why I had to put any of it together and why they charged me $139

if I could give zero I would. The provider sent 1 individual, he refused to do it. sent another who assembled and refused to check his work. Had to pay an actual professional to fix what the second guy did, reassemble the entire thing and do the job right. cost me twice as much and I'm still fighting with Walmart to be compensated! Assembly in home is a joke and nothing professional about it. second guy didn't even make sure the brakes were attached (they weren't)!
