I have been giving my puppy this food since we adopted her at 9 weeks old. She is now 6 months and 27kgs. She is growing very well, joints look good and vet is so happy. I will never swap this food. Thank you Hills.
We have a one year old male "puppy" boxer, during our last vet visit I explained that I was concerned with his lack of proper weight. She asked what food we were feeding and then suggested that we switch to Science Diet's puppy formula. Once we switched, we noticed an almost immediate weight improvement. I'm happy to report that he has filled out very well and his weight has increased.
Have been using Hill's Science Diet for 30 years & love it!
Our puppy loves it
why are dog food sizes so small and expensive? No matter the brand it is processed kibble!
ive bought this since bringin our puppy home at 12 weeks now we have another new puppy who eats the same
Charlie my Lab/Chessie who is going on 11 years old started his life on Science Diet and did very well. Around 3 years old he started refusing to eat. I contacted Science Diet about the food he was eating and was told that the company had changed the formula to the food he was once eating. We tried a different Science diet but could never get back to eating it on a regular bases.
My great dane has been on this since 8 weeks. He does have soft-serve stools on it but its the only diet he tolerates well. I do wish the bags came in a larger size, I am tired of having to order 2-3 bags a month just to feed my puppy, if a food is formulated for large breeds it should come in large sizes the way Purina Pro Plan and Royal Canin do.
I bought this thinking that I was saving money on dog food. After it said it was and I still didn't have my product, I called walmart.com customer service and they filed a claim with me through UPS. This was around December 8 of 2023. Then I tried to get a refund at the store about a month later due to no delivered product and they were unable to do that. I contacted the supplier a monthly after that (February) I left a message. He called the next day saying that the company had been shut down, and that he was going to refund me from his own personal money. I am hopeful that this is going to happen and will update this review when it does.
The kibble size on this food is huge. My Aussie pup is 7 weeks old and physically can't even bite it. I've always been happy with Hill's food until now. Wouldn't recommend this food until they are several months old.
