Hill's Science Diet Light Chicken & Barley Dry Dog Food, 30lb Bag

I have feed Science Diet to all of my dogs. I feel it an amazing food and the Hills company does a great job on health and nutrition for our fur babies. We prescribe a lot of the Hills food for our patients

My dog likes the Adult light dry diet . Lots of energy, keeps a nice weight.

Great food. My dogs love it and it is easy to get.

My Texas Heeler has been on this for about 9 months and his weight is perfect, he loves the taste, and it doesn't upset his GI tract.

My dog inhales this food. She loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rocky our lab/hound mix is really loving this dog food. He's not terribly picky which is great, but you can honestly tell when he loves something. His tail is wagging and he eats like it's his last meal. He was starting to get pudgy and now he's lost the extra weight and is a handsome, slim guy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs loved it. The food was actually gone within 2 weeks. My one dog is older and needed to lose weight and this food helped him maintain losing the weight. I don't have any complaints with this food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, my dog didn't seem to like the Hill's Science Diet dog food. I followed instructions for switching over my dog's food, he still would barely eat it even if I mixed with wet food. I wouldn't buy it again.

I am not happy about the change in Kibble size. My dog was happy with the old food and size, and he actually chewed his food. No he just inhales it. Sure he likes the food, but now he is not satisfied with the same portion as he was before. Now I will have to go through the expense and time to find him a new brand of food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously tried Hill's Science Diet with my dogs many years ago, and they wouldn't eat it, no matter how I tried to flavor it. I decided to try it again with my huskies, but got the same results. There are reasons why dogs refuse to eat certain foods. I will not be trying this brand again.
