Box had a 5" rip near one edge, no damage to TV. Made Me worried. I took a few pictures before opening, no issue. Would have liked it better, if I revieved a printed copy. I will see if I get my $100.00 from HISENSE at the end of 100 days that is their promo, for this 65" TV.

Don't even think about it.. Buy it! It's super modern sleek design will elevate your room. I was hesitant at first but after purchasing this TV I definitely feel I made the right decision. The picture quality is top notch and the fact that it is Google TV makes it even better !

4k great price. d liking the google over the rocku. use the firestick usually anyway. east to set up great picture

This is a great Television. Great picture, great sound and it was a great price because of Holiday discounts.

Never purchased a Hisense product before, so my expectations were not very high. The item arrived and was stylish right out of the box. Screen clarity was very good and the sound quality was great.

Great tv. Easy to set up and use. Love the Google Assistant button than allows you to use tv through voice commands. Picture quality is excellent . More free streaming than you watch in a lifetime. Bought a Hisense sound bar with woofer that will rattle the windows using arc connection for sound.

This tv is incredible. I tried the new TCL S4 series %26 the new Toshiba C350, and this tv is way better than both. Tons of features. Super clear image, with great sharpness. Wide viewing angles and a colorful, vibrant picture that looks 3D. Sound is really nice as well. It's easy to assemble the feet, and there's a center area to put them in the middle for smaller tv stands. Thanks Hisense. Great blacks/contrast with perfect screen uniformity. No backlight bleeding or dirty screen effect. 65" for $399 is an absolute bargain. You won't be disappointed. This is the best entry level, 4k tv on the market. GET THIS WHILE YOU STILL CAN!

At first we thought that we had a made a mistake in buying this TV. After much thought i contacted Hisense about the video quality they in turn guided me through the process of making it look the way it's supposed to, you know vibrant colors and such, anyhow now we are very content with our purchase.

So far so good. This is in my large bedroom. The picture and sound are both good. I was hesitant about doing a Google TV, but if you're a heavy Google user this seems easier than signing in to multiple accounts via roku etc. At least it was easier and faster for me.

Do not buy this tv or any tv from Hisense. Had the tv for 5 months the colors faded and the screen does not work. The lighting on the tv is horrible and eventually became black. Hisense does not want to do anything.
