Box had a 5" rip near one edge, no damage to TV. Made Me worried. I took a few pictures before opening, no issue. Would have liked it better, if I revieved a printed copy. I will see if I get my $100.00 from HISENSE at the end of 100 days that is their promo, for this 65" TV.

Don't even think about it.. Buy it! It's super modern sleek design will elevate your room. I was hesitant at first but after purchasing this TV I definitely feel I made the right decision. The picture quality is top notch and the fact that it is Google TV makes it even better !

This is a great Television. Great picture, great sound and it was a great price because of Holiday discounts.

Never purchased a Hisense product before, so my expectations were not very high. The item arrived and was stylish right out of the box. Screen clarity was very good and the sound quality was great.

the ability to use boyh headphones and TV speaker has been disabled even though there is a setting that turns that on. You can select to use headphones and tv speaker but when you exit settings menu that setting is turned off. This is makes a hearing impaired erson unable to use tv wit an unimpaired person difficult for one of them. The TV is capable of using both at same time but Hisense chose to turn off tha feature.

Do not buy this tv or any tv from Hisense. Had the tv for 5 months the colors faded and the screen does not work. The lighting on the tv is horrible and eventually became black. Hisense does not want to do anything.

I purchased this tv from Walmart during the Black Friday sale. My shipping company notified me saying that the box was damaged, when checking the tv it was broken up. I reach back out to Walmart right away.. the told me they would sent fedex to pick the tv up. From November to now. They haven't picked the tv up and don't want to give me a refund.. it's harder for me because I live internationally.

The TV came with Damaged/Broken screen. I don't know if that happened at Walmart warehouse or at Carrier/transportation company. Walmart need to always make sure these type of items are handle with care because it's not like other items you can throw in a trailer or put heavy other boxes on top of it. I was excited to get my TV so now had to return it and they won't replace with another one they are just offering refund and tell me to order again while price went so high. And even if I had to order another one how will I know it will not come with a damage screen again. Or it's not just a good idea to order TV online. I think I will just go to a store myself and buy available TV to make sure it's not damaged.
