shipping was great came as scheduled, no hastle, and the tv came well packaged. TV qualify is much better than i expected for the price compared to my neo samsung Qled, which was 2k dollars. It is not as bright but comes close in quality, very happy with the purchase.
It blows me away how the colors pop and the brights stand out. Watching the same old movies Ive been watching for years is a completely new experience. The 4k upscaling makes everything noticeably sharper. I also really appreciate how customizable the Google TV platform is. I really should have upgraded my TV sooner, glad I found this winner when I did.
WOW! What an awesome TV. lots of the newest technology, in a budget TV. I upgraded , from 10 year old 55 in Vizio TV. Not sure this is an efficient TV, for everyday use, but it's excellent for a home theater. I used to have to draw the curtains to watch TV but this has a bright picture in any type of light. I'm not sure what super high-end TVs look like, but I can imagine this looks like one of them.
The price was the same as other stores and I probably could have received it quicker elsewhere.
love the crisp clean look of the screen.
I love the tv. The only thing I did had issues with was live tv screen. I wasn't able to scroll down at 1st. I didn't know if it was an issue or not, so i left it alone for a couple of days. I went to it, and it's working now. I love the apps and, of course, live tv. So far, so good.
Great display. Complete set of controls for the picture. Nice complement of audio %26 video ins and outs. A good value, big screen for not a big price. Two failings, though. 1) The built in speakers do not sound good. 2) It is HEAVY. 60 lbs, make it a chore to move around and mount.
So far my product has been great! Learning all the technical aspects has been a challenge, and online help may be needed to get color and sharpness to desired levels. This was expected.
The TV is fine, but the shipper - Maersk - was horrible. Tracking was impossible. From what we could tell, the TV sat in Aurora, CO for 9 days, but who knows? The delivery was made 3 1/2 hours after the end of the promised time. Maersk gets a rating of 1.3 out of 5 with a lot of people saying they'd rate them at 0 if they could. Why does Walmart use such a terrible company?
I ordered this to be delivered. It shipped, and arrived at a city 2 hours away from me. They scheduled a delivery appointment for me. The TV sat there for 2 days until my scheduled delivery appointment. My appointment came and went and no one showed up or contacted me at all. I called the shipping company and they said I would get a call back. No one after 48 hours. I called Walmart, they said the TV was lost and that someone would be reaching out for replacement or refund within 10 days. Well 10 days near Christmas is an eternity. Of course, 2 days later I got a refund without any chance to ask for a replacement, which I told customer service I preferred. Now the TV is sold out. Look, stuff happens, the TV was lost or damaged, fine. But no one communicated with me AT ALL throughout this process. If they had, I could have ordered a other TV. But they didn't and now I'm out the TV I really wanted. And I stayed home from work a day so I could sign for the TV. Terrible experience and I'll just buy on Amazon next time.
