Great 85 inch tv. Great picture. Fantastic delivery. Two delivery men carried the TV through my front door in the house..... that evening my wife and I set it up and wow we love it.....

I'm a real person. I did have to contact Walmart because of a delivery issue which was sorted out the tracking kept saying it was delayed and that it was returned to Indiana . However, I was taken care of by Walmart they scheduled a redelivery and I got the TV. It was perfect not broken and the man who delivered it was very careful with it. I did have to help him bring it into the house with a whole baby in my hand but the TV was beautiful and my husband is very happy with it .

I wasn't sure about buying the Hisense but it's fantastic. It had better reviews than the other brands. We have it set up. the TV is so great and we love it. I was worried it would have problems being delivered but it went very smoothly. I am very happy that we bought out TV at Walmart.

Absolutely terrible!!!!
I will never buy Hisense again. The first tv was damaged in delivery, the screen was broken. Then after alot of back and forth I finally received the replacement tv and it worked beautifully for a whole day and a half. When I turned it on there was no picture, It was the worst experience of my life. I finally got a refund after threatening to go to court. A whole lot of headache with no satisfaction.

l do like this 85 in TV however we only just opened the box to put the Tv up today. this is why had not completed the review until today. The TV was damaged so i was disappointed. i know it had to be through delivery because as stated it was only opened today Wednesday 4/30/25. I want to have it replaced.. thank you

Is always a issue with Walmart and four
Majority of the time when I purchased something at Walmart through four they canceled the order but take your deposit money and you gotta wait. 5 10 days to get a refund. I don't understand why they canceled it when everything went through now they got a hold on your money

tv delivered with huge hole in box taped over, delivery driver didn't even take off truck before he took tape off and revealed cracked screen. This after waiting all day because I had to sign for it. "Strangely, received text while delivery was on the way that I no longer needed to be there to sign they would leave by front door. Anyone else believe besides me that they knew was broken and were going to delivery hoping i wouldn't still be waiting since was already 2 hours late? Completely poor service in every way

This is my second time having this tv and it just stopped working went completely blank. I will never purchase another one of these tvs they are cheap for a reason. Good quality but they just go black after a while the bigger TVs. It's been two months and my tv stopped working today
