I put the sleeve in the freezer before taking the dog for a walk. when i got home, i slid it on and it took the edge off my bad knee. Will definitely be perfect for after surgery next month.

This is flexible to wrap around your knee comfortably and doesn't freeze hard therefore it is flexible. It also stays cold for just the right amount of time. Love it

The knee compression fits snugly and the options for either hot or cold is a great feature. We've used both choices and really helped my husband's sore and swollen knee. Thank you for a wonderful product!

I bought them for my daughter %26 she puts it on immediately after her tennis matches %26 she doesn't have to worry about propping it up or holding an ice pack on her knee or moving it around. It slips on nice %26 tight to get that full cold all around the knee icing. It's not too tight but stays in place if she needs to move around. It's helped her pain immensely %26 you don't have to worry about any ice melting or getting anything wet.

My Dad has bad knees and has tried a ton of braces. Some are too tight or not comfortable. I bought him this one because it's hot or cold. He puts it in the freezer then uses it at night and it helps the ache. It's comfortable and moves with him. I'll be buying a second for him to keep in his truck. Highly recommend this.

The cold use really helped with my knee inflammation! I did notice you need to be resting otherwise it would slip off.

It is easy to put on and pretty comfortable, but the gel inside is so thin that it doesn't stay cold for very long. It really is not effective at all as a cold pack. However, it works pretty well when you use it to hold a different cold pack in place on your knee. That's the only reason I didn't return it.

Definitely a useless product. Gel pac basically none existent. Maybe couple ounces at best. From frozen state, offers 4 or 5 minutes of cooling max. Total waste of money. For $20, not even worth hassle of returning.

After placing it in the freezer for over 24 hours, I easily wrapped it on. Fits good, but the issue is that it remains cold for less than 15 min. Waste of time. Does not work!

This thing is humongous! The straps are way too long and overall keeps the brace from staying cold for a decent amount of time.
