fabrication and assembly is not easy simply because of the cuts that was made. Its not cut to match up or cut in the appropriate places. Instructions for assembly is not for someone that is new to putting things together. I would not recommend this.

Product came in not functioning at all. Attempted to contact the company multiple times with no response. Bike will not turn on at all and is almost like it is missing pieces to function correctly. Have a very sad kid because this hasn't worked since we got it. Do not buy!

first they sent me one that was missing all the main pieces and all dented up, I contacted the seller and it literally took them 3 weeks to send me a new one. when I finally received the motorcycle it literally only worked for 3 weeks and just stopped. we bought a new battery, but that didn't work. I would not recommend this product to anyone I honestly wish I would have read the reviews before I bought it , my vault for not, I'm now waiting for the seller to give me a refund ( which they don't want to do ) I honestly can't believe Walmart is still allowing them to sell products on their website with all the negative reviews they have.. won't be long hopefully.

it is amazing but two small from my grandson he's five and he steps over it , just to small I purchase it because my friend bought one and I like it , there has a key to start , I like the way it looks.

False advertisement. It's small, and it came without the seat. Theres also some sort of malfunction going on because it'll work then it won't, then it will. Etc

Do not order from this company (HNH)!!!!!! I placed an order on December 13th 2024 and was informed item would arrive by December 27th. Our Christmas was December 28th. Item was delayed in shipping out. I received notification of this with new delivery date of December 29th and had to order a different item so it would arrive in time for Christmas for my son, as it was from SANTA. I then attempted to return this item, and was informed I would need to go through this seller. I sent a message to HNH and this was their response: “We have received your email and are aware of your situation. We need to do a survey as well. Since this is not a product quality issue, the shipping cost to send it back needs to be borne by your side. To show our apology, we can give you a refund of 5% of the selling price and you need to keep the product. You can give it to other relatives or good friends' children, I believe they will love you more. If you insist on sending it back, you must ensure that the outer packaging is intact and that the product has not been assembled or used. We look forward to your understanding and response!” I then sent another email and informed them that this was not acceptable as it was their error for delaying shipping the item. Here was the next response I received: “I'm sorry that this toy car is not satisfactory to you, you can choose to return to the following address, the warehouse staff will immediately arrange a full refund for you, because this product has a high power battery, so we will not bear the return freight caused by product quality problems, thank you for your understanding Return warehouse Address: Address: 150 Hastings Dr City: Buffalo Grove Continent/Province: IL Zip Code: 60089 Contact Tony. I have now asked for management involvement as they are declining to pay the return shipping of this item. The only reason I am returning the item is because THEY shipped it out late!!!!!! Seriously avoid the headache and hassle and no NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased this on christmas for my son. It's small with no instructions, so basically, you're on your own when putting it together. It doesn't work after being charged for hours, and all of sudden, it comes on but doesn't move forward nor backward. This company is a joke, and Walmart should ban them from taking people hard working money and not wanting to return it. Don't buy this motorcycle. It barely fits my 4 year old, it's small and defected and this company needs to be sued!

It worked for 1 day. Then the motor gave out and all of the electronics quit working

We fully assembled and the battery was Al steady trash so it didn't work at all
